RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Friendly Twist Inc. will accept, return or exchange of any products in it's original package for a full refund in case of company error. Returns allowed for any other reason will be subject to a restocking fee equal to 15% of the purchase amount. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the invoice date.
Friendly Twist Inc. does not provide refunds or credits for portions of a package provided at a single price or for preloaded products by Friendly Twist Inc.
To initiate a return, please contact 402.416.6688 or email for any authorized return that must include the products and all accessories in the original packaging, along with all documentation including the invoice and original shipping label and must be received at the Friendly Twist Inc. Company within 10 days of obtaining the authorization.
Returns that do not follow these steps may be refused by Friendly Twist Inc. and the customer will assume the risk of loss & damage for packages returned without authorization.
